摘要
诺氟沙星为喹诺酮类抗菌药物。1991年4月～12月，我科应用0．3％诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎33例，细菌性角膜炎30例，同时用0．25％氯霉素滴眼液设置对照组，治疗急性细菌性结膜炎32例，细菌性角膜炎30例。治疗组两种疾病的有效率及痊愈率均明显高于对照组。诺氟沙星滴眼液还在抗菌谱、细菌敏感率、最低抑菌浓度、细菌转阴率等方面也优于现用的氯霉素眼药水，且副作用少，建议推广使用。
A dinical investigation on the treatment of 125 cases of acute bacterial conjunctivitis and bacterial keratitis with 0．3％ norfloxacin and 0．25％ chlocomycetin eyedrops was carried out from April to December in l991．It showed that the cure and cffective rate of 0．3％ norfloxacin eyedrops was significant higher than that of 0．25％ chlocomycetin eyedrops.No serious side effects was observed.
