摘要
本文对６种１２株芽孢杆菌进行了急性和亚急性毒性试验。试验结果表明１＃、３＃、 ６＃、８＃、２１＃和８１＃菌株，腹腔注射的ＬＤ５０分别为８４４ｍｇ／ ｋｇ、 ６１２ｍｇ／ ｋｇ、 １２９０ ｍｇ／ ｋｇ、 ２７１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ、 ５７６ｍｇ／ｋｇ和７４５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，中毒症状主要为急性腹膜炎。这６ 株菌腹腔注射的ＬＤ１０分别为５３５ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ、６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１７４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３９５ ｍｇ ／ｋｇ和８４４ｍｇ／ｋｇ，用１／１０ ＬＤ５０的剂量进行小白鼠灌胃，每日一次；连续三月， 或三日一次连续一月，均无明显的不良反应与病理损害。
Acute and subacute toxicity test of six species of bacillus had been conducted in this research. The result showed that LD50 of 1#、3#、6#、8#、 21#、and 31# were 745mg/kg respectively, and main poisoning symptom was acute peritonitis. The LD10 of the six species of Bacillus were 535mg/ kg, 315mg/ kg, 600mg/kg, 1740mg/kg, 395mg/kg and 344mg/kg respetively. Signs and pathological lesions were not found in mouse fed with Bacillus at the dose of 1 / 10 LD10 for successive one month with once feed every day or for three months with once feed every three days as microbial additive.
