摘要
从健康动物肠道分离的B01和B02两株芽孢杆菌,在固体和液体培养基中,对猪 大肠杆菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌、鸡大肠杆菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌有拮抗作用。拮抗 作用的强弱与芽孢杆菌和致病菌的接种时间有关。先接种芽孢杆菌后接种致病 菌,拮抗作用最强;芽孢杆菌和致病菌同时接种次之;先接种致病菌后接种芽 孢杆菌,拮抗作用最弱.B01和B02能产生脂肪酸,但产量极微,不足以抑制致 病菌的生长.芽孢杆菌培养物滤液经硫酸 沉淀,柱层析分离纯化,初步证明 拮抗作用是由于产生蛋白质类拮抗物质。
Two bacilli, here named B01 and B02,were isolated from the intestine of healthy animals, and they had an antagonistic effect in both solid and liquid culture media on E. coli, S. cholerasuis S. Pullorum. The in tensity of the antagonism was dependent upon the order of inoculation of bacilli and eateropathogens. The strongest antagonism resulted from the inoculation of bacilli prior to enteropathogens, and stronger antagonism from the inoculation of bacilli and enteropathogens at the same time, and the weakest antagonism from the inoculation of bacilli after enteropathogens. Both B01 and B02 could produce fatty acids, but in such a small quantity they could not supress the growth of enteropathogens. Purifiction by chromatopraphy of precipitate from the medium filtrate showed that the antagonism was due to the presence of protein in the media.
