摘要
对58例高血压患者和34例正常人的血小板聚集功能进行比较研究,发现高血压Ⅱ期患者(35例)的血小板最大聚集强度(Ptmax)、聚集曲线坡度(PtH)和聚集速率(PtK)与正常人相比显著升高(P<0.01)而心功能却明显降低(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,Ptmax,PtH,PtK和每搏输出量(SV)呈负相关(r=-0.06,P<0.01;r=-0.54,P<0.05;r=-0.57,P<0.01),和射血前期/射血期比值((PEP/LVET)呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01;r=0.48,P<0.05;r=0.55.P<0.05);而高血压Ⅰ期患者(23例)的血小板聚集性和心缩功能与正常人相近(P>0.05)。提示高血压的不同阶段,血小板聚集性的改变可能对其病情的发展起重要作用。
PleteIet aggregation was evaluated in 58 cases with hypertension. The results showed that activity of platelet aggregation was significantly increased while cardiac systolic function was decreased (P<0.01) in phase Ⅱ hypertension compared with the control group,Pt max,Pt H ,Pt K were negatively corerlated with SV (r=-0.06,P<0.01;r=-0.05,P<0.01;r=-0.57,P<0.01,respectivly) and were positively correlated with PEP/LVET (r=0.62 ,P<0.01; r=0.48,P<0.05;r=0.54,P<0.05,respectively).Anormal platelet aggregation and cardiac systolic function was found in patients with phase Ⅰ hypertension.The results suggested that alteration of platelet aggregation may play a role in the the development of hypertension.
