本文介绍了采用环氧树指──硅橡胶制作复合压型，硅酸乙酯──水玻璃复合制壳工艺的熔模精密铸造方法、生产用于进口剑杆织机剑头的形状复杂、超薄壁不锈钢铸件。
Complicated super -thin stainless steel castings of gipper head on import rapier loom are produced by means of the investment process. In this processing the wax -injection dies are eomposited of epoxy resin and silicone-rubber, and the coating materals are, made from ethyl militate and sodium silicate.
