摘要
通过观察肾功能、平均动脉压、红细胞比积、肾皮质和血浆脂质过氧化物和维生素E含量、肾皮质和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力、肾皮质和红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活力、肾皮质过氧化氢酶活力、单个核细胞内游离钙浓度、单个核细胞白介素-1产量、残肾形态学等指标,发现复方川芎散延缓5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾衰进程的作用优于维生素E治疗,可能与其抗氧化、抑制系膜细胞增殖和钙阻断等机制有关。

nepbrectomizedrats was studied, compared with vitanun E treatment.The renal function , mean
arterialbltalpressure, bema-tocrit, lipid peroxide and vitamin E content of renalcortex and
plasnia , acttvity of superoxide dismutase ofrenal cortex and erythrape, activity of Na+ ,
K+-ATPase of renal cortex and erythrocyte membrane , ac-tivity of catalase of renal cortex,free
calcium ion con-centration of intra - mononuclear cells, activity of interleukin- 1 produced by
mononuclear cells,and renalmorphology under light, trans electron, and scanelectron
microscope were observed. It is found thatcompoundrhizomaligusticiwallicbi could postpone
cbronicrenalfailure of rats superiorly to vitamin E.ow-ing parrially to its antioxidant,
suppressing mesangialproliferation , and blocking calcium channei actions.
