摘要
应用分子生物学技术研究表明地塞米松,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP),THP三者在不同环节上拮抗了IL一1的作用,为在临床上治疗肾小球炎症提供了实验依据。
t has been reported that IL-1 plays a centralrole in the
immunological and inflammatory reac-tions. The influence of Dex , CGRP, and THP onthe
suppression of IL-1 production and its increa-sion effects on MsC proliferation were studied by
athymocyte comitogenic bioassay, dot blots and MsC3H- thymidine incorporation. Our results
indicat-ed CGRP inhibited MsC IL-1 mRNA expression.Whereas THP antagonized the promoting
effect of IL-1 on MsC proliferation, but had no effect of in-hibiting MsC IL-1 mRNA expression.
Dex. not on-ly decreased the production of IL-1 by inhibitingMsC IL-1 gene expression, also
antagonized thepromoting effectof IL-1 on MsC proliferation.It is suggested that these drugs
antagonize IL-1in MsC level which may stop the pathogenesis circleof MsC and IL- 1.
