摘要
1990年9月～1991年12月治疗中晚期食管癌208例,随机分为综合组(放疗加卡铂)104例和单纯放疗组104例,两组照射方法相同^(60)CoD_T65～70Gy/6～7周。其1年生存率综合组80.8％,单纯放疗组55.8％,近期疗效判断前组明显优于后组,两组差异有统计学意义。综合组毒副反应高于单放组。
From 1990 to 1991, 208 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomized into combined group (radiotherapy plus carboplatin) and radiotherapy alone group. For both groups, Co teletherapy with DT 65-70 Gy was given. The 1- year survival rates were 80. 8% (84/104) in the combined group and 55. 8% (58/104) in the radiotherapy alone group. It was showed that there was significant difference between these two methods in the 1- year survival, X-ray findings and the improvement in swallowing though combined group gave more septicemia.
