摘要
利用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶体系或碱性二甲基亚砜生成的O<sub>2</sub><sup>.</sup>与鲁米诺作用的化学发光体系,研究7种中成药水提物抗氧自由基的作用。结果表明:7种中成药水提物对酶体系产生的O<sub>2</sub><sup>.</sup>都有抑制作用,其中3种对非酶体系产生的O<sub>2</sub><sup>.</sup>有抑制作用,而另4种则表现出负的抑制作用。
Chemiluminescence from the interaction of luminol and ō_2 induced by Xanthine/ Xanthine Oxidase system or alkaline/DMSO was used in this research to investigate the anti-active oxygen effect of the aqueous extract from seven Chinese patent medicines.The results suggest that the aqueous extract has an inhibitory effect on the ō_2 produced by the enzyme system.Among the seven Chinese patent medicines,three of them can inhibitory the ō_2 produced by the non-enzyme system,while the other four show negative inhibitory effect.
