摘要
概要介绍了中国航空精密机械研究所的三坐标测量机新产品和新技术动态,所涉及的新产品有SWIFT系列台式测量机和TUTOR系列三坐标测量机电控系统;叙述了我国自行开发的第一个数控测量机系统软件的功能及主要技术指标;文章还论述了测量机的“系统集成”应用技术,提出了适合我国国情的4种工程模式,并以实例说明已经实现的FA级“测量工作站”。
Recent developments in products and technology ofcoordinate measruring machines of CPEI are briefly des- cribed including SWIFT bench type CMM and electronic control system TUTOR. Functions and main techni- cal indices of the first system software for CNC coordinate measuring machines are presented and the applied technique of 'system integration' of CMM is also introduced. Four engineering modes suitable for the conditions of China are suggested, and an example is given to describe a fully automated 'inspection cell'.
