摘要
本文介绍了一种经鼻腔同期双侧翼管神经手术的方法。远期总有效率为66％,其中对血管运动性鼻炎远期有效率为73％。文中对翼管神经手术的临床应用,以及手术并发症的预防进行了讨论。
A new surgical procedure dealing with vidian nerve to treat vaso-motor rhinitis and allergic rhinitis was introduced. Upon 4 years follow up,the total effective rate was 66％ (vaso-motor rhinitis, 73％). The clinical apllications of vidian nerve surgery,the prevention of complications and the approach of surgical access to vidian nerve are discussed.
