摘要
从多种多指标综合评价方法,选择了TOPSIS法作为高新技术企业评价指标体系的综合评价方法,并对TOPSIS法进行了适当的改进,以适应综合评价高新技术企业时对指标重要性差异的要求和对指标层次性的要求。
