摘要
采用双波长法,不经分离直接测定增效黄连素胶囊中TMP的含量,方法简便,快速、准确。回归方程为C=49.0196,△A—0.07843,r=0.99998,回收率为100.56％(n=5),Cv=0.204％。
Dual-Wavelength spectrophotometry was directly usedto determine the content of TMP in ZengXiaoHuangLianSu capsule, and the process seperating TMP from ZengXiaoHuangLianSu capule was not need. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.Egression equation was C = 49.0196AA-0.07843, r = 0.99998.The average recovery rate was 100.56% and the coefficient of variation was 0.204%
