摘要
本文采用体外培养技术,比较了4%、12%和20%体表面积Ⅲ度烧伤及其复合5Gyγ射线全身照射后小鼠骨髓造血微环境基质细胞及粗-单核系造血的变化。结果单烧(单纯烧伤)组早期造血主要表现为抑制作用,以大面积烧伤者严重。6天后则表现为刺激作用,以中等面积烧伤者明显。CFU-GM与成熟基质细胞的变化是平行的,且其两个数量高峰的出现与烧伤感染的两个高发期吻合。复合伤后早期,造血功能既低于单烧,也低于单照(单纯照射)组,后期则介于单烧和单照之间,实验结果未发现复合伤对造血的抑制有“大于两单烧之和”的现象。
In Vitro studies of bone marrow cells were performed to investigate the changes of mouse hemopoietic stromal cells and granupoiesis after third degree thermal burn of 4%, 12%and 20%body surface areas and their combined injuries with 500 rads total body y-irradiation. The thermal trauma exhibited hemopoietic suppression effect at early stage, especially in 20%-area group. But from day 6 post injury, it exhibited stimulating effect, with the 12%-area burn more significant. The change of marrow CFU-GM paralleled with that of mature stromal cell and its two peaks coincided with the two high incidence phases of burn-infection.Hemopoiesis was lower than those of both burns and radiation early after combined radiation-burn injury,while being between those of burn and radiation later.
