摘要
本文研究了黄芪对芪贝丸洛尔在兔体内处置动力学的影响。兔单独iv贝丸洛尔后其α,β,K_(10),V。分别为0.19±0.07min^(-1),0.015±0.003min^(-1),0.031±0.01min^(-1), 2.37±0.29L/kg。静脉滴注黄芪30分钟后,再iv贝丸洛尔,其值分别为0.21±0.80min^(-1),0.0049±0.0016min^(-1) ,0.022±0.009min^(-1),1.11±0.33L/kg。结果表明黄芪使贝丸洛尔的中央室分布容积明显减小,从而导致其血药浓度明显升高并使其消除相半衰期明显延长。
The pharmacokinetics of bevantolol were assessed alone and during concomitant administration of milk vetch root in rabbits. When the pharmacokinetic profiles of bevantolol were evaluated in the presence of milkvetch root, there were significant changes in pharmacokinetic parameters. The values of α,β,K10, Vc, were 0.19 ± 0.07min-1, 0.015± 0.003mm-1, 0.031±0.01min-1, 2.37±0.29L/kg respectively when bevantolol was given alone; when bevantolol was given in the presence of milkvetch root, the corresponding values were 0.21±0.08min-1, 0.0049 ± 0.0016min-1, 0.022±0.009min-1, 1.11±0.33L/kg repectively. The results indicate that the plasma drug level was significantly increased resulting from the decrease of volume of distribution of central compartment. The terminal half-life for the drug was greatly lenthened in the presence of milkvetch root.
