摘要
本文从经济学的角度,界定气象资源和气象服务的产业性质,阐明气象服务和社会再生产及其它产业的关系。
The meteorological revenues and the meteorological services are fixed the qualities of their speciality from the angle of economics in the paper. The relations between the meteorological service and the social reproduction as well as other production are also clarified.
