摘要
本文以自动验证数控切削加工中的刀具轨迹为目的,阐述了一种自动校验数控程序正确性的软件设计方法。文中以APOLLO图形工作站上开发的图形软件为例,阐述了形成刀具运动轨迹的转换算法以及采用三视图显示运动轨迹的视见变换原理。为从事自动化加工的研究者提供一种新的刀具路径轨迹验证方法。
Taking as its goal automatic verification of tool path in the NC machining,the paper describes a software design method for automatically verify- ing the correctness of NC machining program. This paper takes as an example the graphics software dveloped on the Apollo workstation,and explains the conversion algorithm for generating tool path and the transformation principle of visualization to display the motion track with 3D graphics,thus providing a new tool path verification method for research workers of automatic machining.
