摘要
采用17项汉米尔顿抑郁量表对97例老年抑郁病人进行了评定和分析。结果表明汉米尔顿抑郁量表的部分条目不能满足心理测量学应具备的信度和效度。应用该量表对老年抑郁病人进行评定是否准确可靠值得商榷。
The reliability and validity of the 17—item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD)were administered to 97 geriatric depresive patients. The results showed that the coefficients of reliabilities and validities dirived from some items of HRSD are not high enough to meet psyahometrics. The problem of suitability of HRSD for application to rate the depression of geriatric patients was discussed.
