摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下，企业的经济行为与经济合同的签订和履行息息相关。企业要在市场竞争中求得生存和发展，必须对经济合同的管理实行规范化、制度化。这种管理有其科学的程序。铁路企业如何进行经济合同管理规范化？这里提出了要抓三个结合和一个环节。
Under socialist market economy, economic be-haviour of enterprises is closely related with the signing and implementation of economic contracts. In order to survive and develop in market competition, enterprises should carry out standardized and systematized management on economic contracts of scientific procedures. On how railway enterprises achieve standardization in managing economic contracts, the paper points out that ' three combinations and one link' should he stressed.
