摘要
应用碱变性法制备家蚕蛹线粒体DNA,经9种限制性内切酶单酶和双酶解后,构建了家蚕蛹mtDNA的限制酶图谱.家蚕的二化品种与多化品种的mtDNA限制酶图谱有差异,与蓖麻蚕的mtDNA限制酶图谱相比,则有显著差异.
Mitochondrial DNAs(mtDNAs)from the Pupas of domesticated silkworms were prepared by the alkaline lysis procedure,and were digested by nine kinds of restriction endonuclease. Numbers and length of restriction fragments were checked by agarose gel elec trophoresis. According to analysis of single and double enzyme cleavage,the maps of restriction endonuclease were constructed. Restriction endonuclease maps of bivoltion strains of domesticated silkworm mtDNA are different from multivoltine strains' ,restriction maps of domesticated silkworm mtDNA are different obviously from eri silkworms'.
