摘要
应用免疫酶标光镜和免疫酶标电镜.结合常规透射电镜技术,研究了水仙花叶病毒(Narcissus Mosaic Virus.NMV)在受感染的水仙不同组织中以及在细胞内的分布.结果表明受感染水仙的叶片下表皮,鳞片外表皮和鳞茎盘等组织都有NMV存在,细胞质和细胞核内均存在NMV的纤维状内含体和散在分布的病毒颗粒,细胞壁、线粒体和叶绿体尚未见病毒.带NMV的水仙种苗是NMV延续感染及导致大田三年生水仙发病的主要根源.
By immunoen mic optical and electron microscopy,the distribution of Narcissus Mosaic Virus in different tissues and cells infected Narcissus tazetta L Var chinensis Roem was investigated. The results show that the virus exists leaf blades hypodermis,scale exoepider-mis,buld disscus and other tissues, both fiberous inclusion bodies and dispersive virosomes can be found in cytoplasm and nucleus,but the virus is no found in cell wall,mitochondrium and chloro plast. Seedings of N. tazetta are important carriers for Narcissus Mosaic Virus which causl sym ton explosion on triannual N. tazetta in the field.
