摘要
本文报告18例经充分系统药物等治疗疗效不佳的精神分裂症、躁狂症、人格障碍、强迫症、癫痫伴精神障碍患者,采用脑立体定向手术进行有关靶点的射频破坏治疗,效果痊愈8例,显著进步1例,进步1例。本文对精神疾病进行脑立体定向手术的病例选择,不同疾病手术靶点选择进行了讨论。
Stereotactic procedures were performed on 18 psychotics (diagnosed separately as schizphrenia, mania, personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and epilepsy associated with mental disorder) who had not responded to all other available therapies. Of 18 patients. 8 obtained complete remission; 9 obtained substantial improvement; and one showed improvment. Stereotactic operations were simple and safe without serious complications and intellectual impairment. The authors discussed the selection of patients for stereotactic operation and the selection of target sites of lesion for different diseases.
