摘要
本文报道硫酸镁治疗致命性室性心律失常8例,男性4例、女性4例。5例在第一次用药过程中转复,3例在第二次用后2例得到控制,1例Ⅲ°AVB仍存在但心率40～50次/分,镁对室性快速性心律失常是有效的,无付作用。
This arficle presents 8 cases of lethal ventricular arrhylhmia treafed with intravenous magnesium sulfate (mgsou).4 were male and 4 were female patients.Normal sinus rhythm uras nestored after first dose of MgSO_4 in 5 cases and after second dose in 2 cases.In only one patient Ⅳ AVB still existed with a heart rate of 40-50/ min after second dose of MgSO_4.No adverse reaction was observed. The result shows that intravenous MgSO_4 can terminate life threatening ventricular arrhythmia with little side effect.
