摘要
冲击伤的外轻内重和伤情复杂等特点,使冲击伤的早期诊断较为困难。对那些弱冲击波引起的阈值损伤(轻度冲击伤),在形态学检查以前,诊断更为困难。因此将形态和功能结合起来研究,寻找一些敏感的生理生化检查,对冲击伤伤情的判定和早期救治有着重要意义。本研究初步探讨了冲击伤早期的动脉血气、循环血内皮细胞和凝血功能的变化。
Forty five adult mongrel dogs, five sheep and five goats were injured in BST-I bioshock tube in order to observe the some changes of hemorheology, coagulation function and circulating endothelial cells (CEC)within 24hr after blast injury. It was found that whole blood viscosity and hematocit were significantly elevated, while plasma viscosity was not markedly changed in early stage of blast injury. The platelet count was sisnificantiy decreased without change of PT, KPTT, TT and Fbg. ELT was shortened and 3P test was positive after blastinjury. The CEC count was markedly decreased in early stage of blast injury. The above-mentioned changes were consistent with the severity of blast injury. The results suggested that monitorin8 these parameters were of sisnficance of the diagnosis and treatment of blast injury.
