摘要
分析了加工平面二次包络环面蜗杆副传动的加工误差产生原因,运用空间啮合原理知识,计算在实际加工情况下的法向弦齿厚大小,以此作为检测蜗杆的加工尺寸,采用一系列手段严格控制加工工艺,达到控制加工误差的目的,并利用电封闭杆蜗轮传动试验台对所加工的蜗杆副进行试验,其传动效率令人满意。
The reason of errors caused by machining process for the plane
enveloped circular couple of worm and gear was analyzed. Using the
principle of spacial engagement the normal chordai thickness was
calculated for practical machining conditions. And then the machining
dimensions of worm will be checked by the thickness calculated above.
The purpose to control the machining errors of the worm manufactured
was reached by adopting a series of technique measures to strictly control
the technology of manufacturing process, and the test for the machined
couple of worm and gear was conducted by use of a setup of electric
closed-circuit for couples of worm and gear. The result of the test was
satisfactory.
