摘要
自新西兰引入繁殖在湖北省钟祥县罗汉寺羊场的纯种罗姆尼半细毛羊,部分个体的后代发生显著变异,出现了一批被毛粗长、具有大弯曲的地毯型被毛羊只。为探讨该批变种羊的被毛特点,我们进行了。系列研究。本文着重探讨了变种羊被毛纤维的组织学构造和电子显微镜下的微细结构,其与亲代罗姆尼羊被毛纤维的主要区别是:(1)变种羊被毛纤维均有髓质层。(2)部份毛纤维髓呈连续状。(3)鳞片层均为形状不规则的非环形鳞片。(4)电镜下非环形鳞片形状奇特而多样(详见图1~11)。(5)鳞片表面的辉纹不如亲代羊的整齐和清晰,而且许多毛纤维的鳞片表面看不到辉纹结构;相反地,亲代罗姆尼羊的被毛纤维鳞片层,均可清楚地看到排列整齐规则的辉纹结构。
Significant variation occured on some progenies of Romney Marsh introd-uced from New Zealand to Luohanshi Sheep Farm.The wool of these sheepwas coarse and long,in big crimp,showing the characters of carpet wool.Aseries of studies were conducted and this paper focuses on the wool texture andmicrostructure.The main differences of these progenies compared with theirparents were examined as followings:(1)Medullary substance was found fromthe wool of those variants.(2)The medulla of some wool showed continousform.(3)The scales were in a form of irregular non-circularity.(4)Theseirregular non-circular scales were various in shape under the microscope(seephoto 1-11).(5)The veins on the surface of scales were not clear and irr-egularly formed and,on the contrary,the scales were regularly formed and theveins of the scale could be seen clearly for the wool from their parents.
