摘要
在体育教学中,教师都希望自己讲授的课取得优良的效果。便实际上常会遇到很多干扰因素,影响教学任务的完成及质量的提高。本文着重探讨了兴趣、能力、性格对体育教学效果的作用和影响。
In the H.E.teaching, teachers are always hoping that theirtcaching would gain better result. There arc, however, many intcrferevce factors impeding the pomplcting of leaching tasks and the improving of teaching quality. The paper approaches to impact of nbility, interest and personality on the result of P.E.teaching.
