大鼠全脑缺血及再灌流模型的研究

An improved model of global ischemia/reperfusion in rats

摘要 手术阻断大鼠基底动脉及双侧颈总动脉(三动脉阻断)以形成急性或慢性全脑性缺血模型,并在一定时间后解除双侧颈总动脉的阻断,脑血流再通,形成再灌流。用此动物模型观察了脑缺血及再灌流后的脑电图、体感诱发电位的改变,神经病学障碍,脑组织的生化及形态变化。本文讨论了此动物模型的优缺点。 The model of golbal cerebral ischemia/reper-fusion of rat brain was created by occludingthe basilar artery and bilateral common carotidartery.The procedures for producing andidentifying the successfulness of this model aredescribed.Occlusion of three main cerebralar-tionsin in rat always induced severe neurologi-cal and behavior obstacles.The characteristicchanges of the E E G,sensory evoked potentialresponses.biochemical criteria(NA,5-HT,cAMP,CaM,etc.)and neuronal ultrastrac-tures in some regions of the brain wereevaluated:It is suggested that this model isuseful especially for chronic study of cerebralischemia/reperfusion injury.
