摘要
给小鼠皮下注射L-甲状腺素(L-T_4)0.6mg/天,能显著增加血浆中cAMP、cGMP含量,但对cA/cG比值无显著影响。在L-T_4模型基础上,“全方”及“三泻”不能对抗被L-T_4增加的cAMP,而对被上升的cGMP含量能使其显著下降,“三补”则能对抗被L-T_4增加的cAMP使其含量降至与空白对照组相近水平。“全方”提高模型小鼠的cA/cG比值,但与空白对照组没有显著变化,“三补”、“三泻”对模型动物的cA/cG比值无显著影响。
The experimental results showed that the administration of L-T4(0.6mg/once/day, 5day s.c) increased markedly content of cAMP and cGMP in plasma of mice compared with the control (P<0.05)but no influenced markedly ratio of cA/cG.
Oral administration (doses :20g/kg, once/day X 7 ) of LDD or 'Three invigorates' , 'Three purge' from precription showed that the LDD and 'Three purge' could not decrease significantly content of cAMP increased by L-T4(P>0.05) but decreased markedly cGMP increased by L-T4(P<0.05)compared with the L-T4 group.The results indicated that the 'Three invigorates' caused the decrease of cAMP increased by L-T4 to approach to the level of control group but it had no affect on cGMP (P>0.05). compared with L-T4 group.
The experimental results showed that the LDD enhanced ratio of cA/cG in plasma of mice (P<C0.05) compared with L-T4 group but no changed markedly compared with control group (P>0.05) .The 'Three invigorates' and 'Three purge' no affected significantly ratio of cA/cG (P>0.05) compared with L-T4 group but the 'Three invigorates' decreased markedly ratio compared with control group (P<0.01) .
