摘要
“浸螺杀”室内1mg/L浸杀钉螺48、72h的死亡率分别为73.3%和100.0%。现场1mg/L浸杀3d和5d的钉螺死亡率分别为90%和100%。室内1mg/L浸杀螺卵48、72h后第30d的孵出率为3.3%和0。能抑制钉螺活动和阻止上爬,药效稳定并具有持效作用。浸杀灭螺近期效果与五氯酚钠相仿,远期效果稍优于五氯酚钠。大面积应用效果较好。
The results showed that IMMC (immersion-molluscicide) was of high toxicity against Oncomelania hupensis. With the concentration of lmg/L,48h and 72h post-emerging snail mortality was 73.3% and 100% respectively, while Lc50 was 0.214 mg/L(48h) and 0.137mg/L (72h). It not only killed eggs, but also inhibited their incubation. IMMC had effect on limiting the movement and crawling (out of water)of snail. Field trial showed the post-emerging mortality of snail was 90% (3d) and 100% (5d), The results in spring was same with that in autumm. The efficacy was similar as compared with NAPCP. The mortality with sprinkle methods of 2g/m2 IMMC was 72.2(7d) and 82.5% (15d),and the snail decreased more than 90%. After immersion for 1/2 year, the snail density decreased by 75% in the ditches and canals.
IMMC was of low toxicity to fish, Lc50 was 8.9mg/L (silver carp) and 11.23mg/L (carp). Through the study of 3H labelling, the molltscicide was found to be distributed in intestine, gill, nerve tubal, nerve and liver of snail.
