摘要
作者随访和检查了陕西及西北四个省数百例病人,少数病例效果欠佳。就其出现问题有:局部解剖认识错误,手术者年龄选择不当,手术设计整体考虑不足,严重畸形易出现的问题以及出现感染较多的手术等等。并针对上述一些问题提出预防意见。
The writer had followed up the operative cases of anterior poliomyelitis in Shanxi, Gangsu, Ningxia, and Qinghai provinces. Some of patients showed unsatisfactory results which were: Local anatomic mistakes in operation, selecting contra-indicated cases in ages,no good consideration to kind of operation that got infection easily. The writer offered some preventive opinions to above mistakes.
