摘要
本文阐述了研究铸造旧砂惰性膜脱膜机理的模拟试验法.提出了水玻璃砂惰性膜破裂的主要因素是内聚力.并指出在振动再生中的撞击和摩擦作用,以及采用高频和加热的必要性.
This paper states the simulated test method of studying the mechanism of shelling foundry used sand,advances that the primary facts of breaking the inert membrane of sodium silicate sand is cohe- sion,and points out the action of collision and friction in vibration reclamation and the necessity of using high frequency and heating.
