摘要
为评价镁硅铁合金在储运过程中的危险特性,采用遇水反应放出气体测定仪研究了镁硅铁遇水放出易燃气体的反应动力学。分别测定了镁硅铁合金在粒径为60目、100目、120目、240目和温度为20℃、30℃、35℃、40℃条件下的放出气体速率,总结了其遇水放出气体的反应规律,进而获得了粒度参数、速率常数、反应活化能和指前因子等重要动力学参数。结果表明,不同条件下初始1 h放出气体体积均与时间呈良好线性关系;镁硅铁合金粒径越小、遇水体系的反应温度越高,遇水放出气体速率越快。
In order to evaluate the hazardous characteristics of ferro silicon magnesium during the storage and transportation process,the reaction kinetics of ferro silicon magnesium in contact with water emit flammable gas was studied by reacting with water emit gas determinator.The rates of gas emission were investigated at different ferro silicon magnesium particle size of 60 mesh,100 mesh,120 mesh and 240 mesh,and different temperature of 20 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃ and 40 ℃,respectively,the reaction laws of reaction with water emit gas were summarized,then the important kinetics parameters including the particle size parameter,rate constant,reaction activation energy and pre-exponential factor were obtained.The results showed that the volume of gas emitted in the first hour presented a good linear relationship with reaction time under different conditions,the rate of gas emission in contact with water improved with reducing the particle size of ferro silicon magnesium and increasing the temperature of the ferro silicon magnesium in contact with water system.
