摘要
干细胞治疗是心血管领域研究的热点之一,在治疗心肌梗死研究中取得成就。很多研究已证实干细胞可以分化为心肌样细胞。血管样组织参与心肌梗死后修复,改善心脏功能。现对自体干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的现状做一综述。
The use of stem cells is a heated search in cardiovascular areas.The treatment of myocardial infarction has shown success.Several clinical studies have supported stem cell repair myocardial infarction and improve cardiac function through differentiating into myocardial-like cells and angiogenesis.This study reviews the current status of stem transplantation in the treatment of myocardial infarction.
