摘要
生态文明建设是国家的战略决策。合作市是国家主体功能区划中"两屏三带"生态安全战略格局的有机组成部分,目前生态文明建设尚存在一系列问题:天然草场退化的现象仍然未得到有效遏制;草场超载过牧严重,草畜平衡失调;粗放型经济仍占主导,资源环境代价过大;因此加强生态文明建设,不仅涉及合作市自身的发展,更是关系到黄河流域的生态安全。
Ecological civilization is the country＇s strategic decisions.In the main function zoning in the country,Hezuo City is the organic part of the organization of ＂Two-screens,Three Belts＂.There are still a range of ecological civilization construction problems： such as natural grassland degradation,severe overgrazing pastures,livestock imbalance;dominated the extensive economic,environmental costs of excessive resources.Therefore,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,is not only related to the city＇s own development cooperation,but also related to the ecological safety of the Yellow River Basin.
