摘要
20世纪70年代,徐光宪提出了最优萃取比方程,该方程为萃取分离工业选择好的工艺条件,提高经济效益起到了很好的作用.在其基础之上,在料液组分及两端产品纯度确定的情况下,以萃取槽的总容积不变,两端出口的总日产量最大为目标,推导出了最优混合萃取比方程.以计算机为依托,运用迭代算法对最优恒定混合萃取比进行了精确计算.新方程的建立提供了一种计算恒定混合萃取比的方法.
In the 1970s,Xu Guangxian put forward the optimized extraction factor,which plays a very good role in choosing good process conditions and improving the economic benefits for extraction and separation industry.In this paper,under conditions of the material liquid components and product purity at two outlets confirmed,based on the goal searching the maximal total daily output at two outlets at the unchanged total volume of mixer-settler,the optimized constant mixed extraction factor was derived.And the optimized constant mixed extraction factor was calculated precisely by using iterative algorithm on the computer.The new equation derived provides a calculation method of constant mixed extraction factor.
