摘要
使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA通用有限元分析软件,利用刚塑性有限元法对Cu-x板材轧制复合过程进行了模拟仿真,通过对材料复合界面的定量分析,揭示在这一过程中界面的变形场和变形速度场,讨论压下量对轧制复合过程中变形协调性的影响.
The numerical simulation of rolling composite process for Cu-x panel was conducted by using rigid plastic finite element method with software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The strain and strain rate in the deforming zone during the rolling-bonding process were analyzed,and special attention was concentrated on the interface of Cu-x to quantitatively determine the deformation coordination at the interface.The strain and strain rate fields under different deformation rate were computed to optimize the rolling-bonding process.
