Fe_(76)-Mn_4-Ga_(15)-Al_5磁致伸缩材料的研究

摘要 采用电弧炉熔炼方法得到Fe76-Mn4-Ga15-Al5合金样品.利用光学金相显微镜观察合金的显微组织,并用电阻应变法测量合金的磁致伸缩系数.研究结果表明,轧制前和轧制后淬火对Fe76-Mn4-Ga15-Al5合金磁致伸缩系数均有提高,退火对Fe76-Mn4-Ga15-Al5合金磁致伸缩系数有所降低.铸态的磁致伸缩系数为82 ppm,轧制状态的磁致伸缩系数为106 ppm,淬火的磁致伸缩系数为128 ppm,退火的磁致伸缩系数为14 ppm. The Fe76-Mn4-Ga15-Al5 alloy was prepared with a high-vacuum arc melting system.The phase structures of the alloys were analyzed by metalloscope and the magnetostriction coefficient was measured.Studies on Fe76-Mn4-Ga15-Al5 alloys show that the magnetostriction of the quenched samples increased while the annealed samples decreased.Samples were quenched at 110 ℃,with their magnetostriction being 128 ppm.These alloys were rapidly quenched into water and the magnetostriction is 14 ppm.
