不同葡萄品种的VvmybA1基因型及其特征性DNA片段的序列分析 被引量:16

Genotyping VvmybA1 in 59 Grapevine Cultivars and Characterization of the DNA Fragement Sequences

摘要 对59个葡萄品种的VvmybA1基因型进行了研究,发现在所有果皮为红色或紫黑色的葡萄品种中,除了‘黑奇’为VvmybA1c的纯合型外,其它都是VvmybA1a与VvmybA1b或VvmybA1a与VvmybA1c的基因位点的杂合状态。大部分果皮为白色的品种为VvmybA1a纯合型,但有7个果皮呈白色的品种基因位点为VvmybA1a与VvmybA1b或VvmybA1a与VvmybA1c杂合型。相关特征性DNA片段序列分析发现葡萄品种间存在个别碱基的差异。 The genotypes of the VvmybA1 loci in 59 grapevine cultivars were analyzed,and the results showed that the colored grape cultivars were of heterozygous loci of VvmybA1a and VvmybA1b or VvmybA1a and VvmybA1c,except for‘Fantasy Seedless’that had a homozygous locus of VvmybA1c. Most of the white-skinned grapevine cultivars were genotyped to be the homozygousity of VvmybA1a. Interestingly, seven grapevine cultivars with heterozygous loci of VvmybA1a and VvmybA1b or VvmybA1a and VvmybA1c grew white-skinned berry. Characterization of the DNA fragement sequences showed that there were some various nucleotides between the specific DNA fragments’ sequences of some grapevine cultivars.
