摘要
"工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习"是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》为职业教育确立的人才培养模式。当前,我国高职教育存在着法律支撑度不强、行业规章欠缺、专业设置与社会需求脱节、经费投入不足、企业对产学合作积极性不高等问题。据此,推进校企合作向深度发展,必须发挥好政府的主导作用,完善法律、法规;必须健全规章制度,充分发挥行业、企业的主体作用;必须建立严格的就业准入制度,规范、统一国家职业资格证书;必须进一步强化高校"双师型队伍"建设;必须要开辟多元化的筹资渠道。
＂Combination of work and study,cooperation of college and enterprise and post practice＂ are the talents training mode proposed by National Education Reform and Long-term Development Planning Program（2010-2020） for Chinese vocational education.Currently,some defects in higher vocational education do exist,such as weak law backup,deficient regulations,irrelevant professional arrangement to social needs,insufficient fund input and low enthusiasm of enterprise for its cooperation with college,and so on.With these factors,firstly,it is indispensable to develop the leading function of the government to perfect laws and regulations;secondly,rules should be set up to bring enterprise into full play;thirdly,strict job admitting regulations should be set up and national vocational qualification or certification should be standardized and unified;fourthly,the construction of ＂bi-professional＂ teachers should be fostered;finally,the diversified fund-raising ways should be opened up.
