摘要 针对变电站交直流电源在线监测一体化水平低、数据采集不完善、技术标准不统一等现状,提出并研发了一体化的变电站交直流电源设备在线监测系统。该系统的监控平台为分层分布式一体化设计,以IEC60870-5-103和IEC61850的通信协议实现信息的统一采集与传输,双网通信,在安全身份认证后进行Web浏览、发布和系统管理。系统具有远程智能分析和诊断、充电机性能分析、蓄电池均充状态录波等功能。该系统在广东电网公司中山供电局应用,运行可靠,效率高,维护方便;实际应用效果表明该系统规范及完善了采集信息,统一了组网、量表配置、后台画面等规范要求,实现了变电站交直流电源设备的一体化在线监测。 In view of underdeveloped DC on-line monitoring system, imperfect data collection and inconformity of technical standards, an integrated DC on-line monitoring system in substation is presented and developed. The monitoring system of the system belongs to an integrated design of distributed structure and communication protocols of IEC 60870-103 and IEC 61850 are used for information collection and transmission, two-net communication, Web browse, release and system man- agement after authentication. The system has such functions as remote intelligent analysis and diagnosis, charger perform- ance analysis and recording of equalization charge of battery. The application of the system in Zhongshan Power Supply Bu- reau proves reliable operation, high efficiency, convenience in maintenance and practical use shows that the application per- fect the information collection, unify requirements such as the network organization, scale configuration and background pictures, therefore integrated on-line monitoring on DC power equipment in substation is implemented.
