摘要 讨论了管道应力在线监测的重要性及意义,国内外研究现状。简单介绍了Labview的结构和特点,在选用硬件系统的基础上,以该软件为平台开发出了一套能对管道应力进行实时监测的系统,该系统能够较方便地实现数据采集、图像显示、数据分析处理、报警显示、存储打印等功能。将该系统应用于某管道应力监测中,发现运行结果良好。 The importance and significance of on-line monitoring of pipeline stress,and the present development at home and abroad were discussed in this paper.Also the structures and features of Labview were introduced,and on the basis of the choosing hardware system,a system which could monitor the stress of pipeline based on this software was developed.This system could easily realize some functions,including data acquisition,graph presentation,data analysis processing,alarm display and storage printing.This system was applied to stress monitoring of certain pipeline,and a good result was given to us.
