摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,4′-乙酰基苯并-15-冠-5和酰肼为反应物,浓盐酸作催化剂,在回流条件下合成了7个冠醚化的酰腙,产品经元素分析、IR和1HNMR表征,确定为目标化合物。结果表明,浓盐酸催化下的反应能够在1h内完成,并且产率在90%左右,是合成该类化合物的高效催化剂。
A series of benzo-15-crown-5 hydrazone derivatives were synthesized under reflux condition.The structure of these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.The reaction only needed 1h to proceed catalyzed by concentrated hydrogen chloride(HCl),and the yields of the product reached 90%.It was clear that HCl was an efficient catalysis for the synthesis of this kind of fine chemicals.
