摘要
以霍夫水丝蚓(L.hoffmeisteri)为研究对象,考察了生长方式、溶解氧(DO)、酸碱度(pH)和温度(T)对其污泥减量效果的影响.结果表明,附着生长时污泥减量效果优于悬浮生长,附着生长时的TSS、VSS降解率分别为22.34%、29.79%,而游离生长时的TSS、VSS降解率分别仅为15.51%、18.12%;当DO在0~4.00mg.L-1之间时,随着DO的升高水蚯蚓的污泥减量效果明显升高,当DO为2.00~4.00mg.L-1时,污泥减量效果最好,TSS、VSS降解率分别达到了32.00%、45.80%;pH为7时水蚯蚓污泥降解率高于pH为6和8,此时TSS、VSS降解率分别为29.10%、38.40%;当温度在15~25℃之间时,随着温度的升高水蚯蚓污泥降解率增加,25℃时TSS、VSS降解率最大,分别为27.80%、29.60%,而当温度达到30℃时水蚯蚓污泥减量效果迅速下降.多因素协同试验结果表明,对水蚯蚓污泥减量效果影响最大的环境因素是pH,其次是温度,影响较小的是DO,环境因素的最佳组合为:DO=3.00mg·L-1、pH=6.5、T=22.5℃,此条件下水蚯蚓的污泥减量率为33.41%.
The effects of environmental factors such as growth type,pH,DO and temperature on sludge reduction by L.hoffmeisteri were investigated in this study.Experimental results indicated that sludge reduction in the attached growth system was better than that in the suspended growth system.The reduction efficiencies of TSS and VSS were 22.34% and 29.79% in the attached growth system,respectively.In contrast,only 15.51% and 18.12% reduction of TSS and VSS were observed in the suspended growth system.The sludge reduction increased with the increase of DO.The reduction efficiencies of TSS and VSS were maximized at 32.00% and 45.80% between 2.00 and 4.00 mg · L-1 in DO.In addition,the efficiencies were 29.10% and 38.40% when pH was 7,which were much higher than those of pH at 6 or 8.Furthermore,the efficiencies also increased with the increase of temperature from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃,with the maximums of 27.80% and 29.60% at 25 ℃.However,the efficiencies decreased quickly when the temperature reached up to 30 ℃.These multi-factor coordination experiments indicated that the most important factor on sludge reduction by Tubificidae is pH,followed by temperature and then DO.The largest reduction efficiency was 33.41% occurring at DO of 3.00 mg · L-1,pH of 6.5 and temperature of 22.5 ℃.
