基于DEMATEL方法的绿色供应链关键绩效评价指标选择被引量：25

导出

摘要为从绿色供应链众多绩效评价指标中科学合理地选择出关键性绩效评价指标,从流程、客户服务、财务、环保、信息以及知识层面对绿色供应链绩效评价指标进行了分类辨识。在此基础上,基于DEMATEL方法给出了识别绿色供应链关键性绩效评价指标的方法,并邀请相关咨询专家按照所提出的方法对关键绩效评价指标进行了排序与选择。
