无损检测技术在特种车辆裂纹检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 无损检测技术是检测技术的重要组成部分,将其应用到特种车辆裂纹检测中,能有效提高其检测与诊断效果;根据现代无损检测技术的发展,介绍了超声检测法、涡流法、磁检测法和红外热成像、激光全息和微波检测等新技术在无损检测中的应用,并根据特种车辆裂纹检测和故障诊断特点设计了基于超声技术和漏磁技术的裂纹缺陷检测系统;该系统经过标准件和实装的严格测试,结果表明该系统测试精度高、性能稳定可靠,达到设计要求,满足装备需求。 Nondestructive testing technology is one of most important composing in testing technology. Its application will effectively im prove the effects of its test in crack of the special vehicle and diagnosis. Based development of modern nondestructive testing technology, in eluding the ultrasonic testing, the whirlpool testing, the magnetism testing and infrared imaging, and the laser holographic and microwave testing and so on. Considering the characteristic of the crack in the special vehicles, thecrack testing system based on the technology of the ul trasonic and leak- magnetism has been designed. By the test on the normal parts and the equipment, it is tested that the precision and the de pendability of the system is high enough to achieve the standard of the design and meet the need of the equipment.
