神经血管单元与脑缺血的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来的研究表明,微血管内皮细胞与周围星形胶质细胞间的紧密连接,对于维持完整的神经元和血管的耦合有着重要的意义,例如微血管基底膜基质的变化、蛋白酶的产生、内皮细胞的激活以及星形胶质细胞黏合力的改变,都可能直接影响到信息在微血管和所支配的神经元问的传递。
