摘要
提出了联轴器法兰锥形端面齿的几何尺寸设计方法,建立了端面齿及连接螺栓的强度校核公式,并进行了有限元分析验证。该方法能用于Ф500~Ф1 200 mm联轴器法兰端面齿的系列化一般设计,也可供小规格联轴器法兰端面齿作设计参考。
the geometry size design method for cone-shape end surface teeth on coupling flange was proposed, the intensity examination formula for end surface teeth and join bolts was established, which was inspected by using the finite element analysis. This method can be used for the end surface teeth's serialized general layout of the Ф500 - Ф1200 coupling flange and may be the design reference for the small specification coupling flange end surface teeth.
