成年人急性髓系白血病的诊断和治疗：欧洲白血病网国际专家委员会建议解读 被引量：5

摘要 欧洲白血病网是国际上恶性血液系统疾病研究的一个重要组织。1990和2003年，其专家组就急性髓系白血病（acutemyeloid leukemia，AML）的诊断、疗效判断和治疗结果的标准化分别制定了有关标准。近几年随着分子遗传学、表观遗传学的研究进展，越来越多的诊断、预后相关标志应用于临床，其中具有代表性的是2008年世界卫生组织（WHO）关于造血和淋巴组织肿瘤分类，该分类中加入了多种遗传学因素。
