摘要
当今世界,企业之间的竞争,实质上就是人才的竞争。面临人才的争夺战,企业的人才储备显得尤为重要。但是在人才储备的过程中,不可避免的存在着风险性。分析了企业人才储备存在风险的原因,在此基础上对企业人才储备存在的风险进行分类。针对这些风险类型,建立了人才储备风险控制机制。
The competition between enterprises,in essence,is the talent competition in today's world.While talent reserve is very important in face of the battle for talents,there is the inevitable risk in the process of developing talent reserves.This paper analyzes the reasons for risk and classifies the existing risks.Then it proposes establishing a control mechanism based on risk types.
